This should come with the XMP3 unit itself. Plus, for this price, it should come with a FM modulator and cassette adapter. I used this to mount the XMP3 in a car. Good news, somehow the XMP3 knows when the car is on and off so it turns on and off accordingly. Bad news is if you use a hardwired 12V to 5V adapter, the docking station does not have diodes to keep the XMP3 batteries from back driving the adapter. It does, however work with the cigerette lighter adapter correctly. One other nit is if you hook the audio up to the cradle, the volume is very low. If you instead connect to the audio output on the XMP3, it is much higher. For this price, this product should be alot better.
